Tom Meier

Senior Consultant

Tom Meier is a senior consultant with more than 20 years experience in the areas of organizational and employee development. His primary areas of expertise are career management, leadership development, and organizational change. Tom has a significant amount of career transition and outplacement expertise, having held the position as regional career center manager within the financial services industry, where he was responsible for several national downsizing initiatives.

Tom’s client service background ranges from workshop facilitation for large groups to the provision of individualized career management services and leadership coaching for executive, management, and staff level employees. Industries he has served include insurance, banking, healthcare, manufacturing, service, academia, and not-for-profits.

Tom holds a B.S.W. degree from Indiana University and is a graduate of the Marshall Goldsmith Leadership Development and Executive Coaching Academy. He is a qualified administer of the Strong Interest Inventory, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) , and has received certification as a Career and Job Transition Coach through the Career Planning and Adult Development Network. In addition, Tom is qualified to deliver Lominger “Career Architect” products and Personnel Decisions International “Profiler” 360 degree feedback instrument.
